Rose Spread Recipe


  • Rose petals (desi variety) -50 g
  • Amla ( gooseberry)     – 100 g
  • Honey    – 200 ml


  1. Wash the amlas and grate them.
  2. Mix rose petals in grated amla.
  3. Fill this mixture in a clean glass jar.
  4. Add honey in this mixture and keep it in the sun for 15 days.

This spread can be eaten with breads or can also be taken on an empty stomach. It is a very good remedy for constipation.
