Flavoured Water

  1. Fill a glass jug 3 quarters full of water.
  2. Add a few slices of fresh cucumber, orange, lemon, crushed ginger, pudina patta, 2-3 stems of dhania patta and 2 cloves of crushed garlic (optional).
  3. Cover and leave on the dining table for 3- 4 hours.
  4. Pour the water as and when you need to drink.

This can be refilled with water once more. This is a fragrant dink and beneficial for urinary problems.
