Ingredients
- Gladiolus flowers – 6
- Hung Curd -100 g
- Finely chopped Cucumber -1 Tablespoon
- Finely chopped Red Bell Pepper -1 Tablespoon
- Finely chopped Coriander 1 Tablespoon
- Salt and Pepper according to taste
Method
- Wash flowers gently and remove their stamen.
- In the curd mix cucumber, bell pepper, and coriander.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Stuff this mixture in your gladiolus.
- Serve
