Pineapple Weed (Wild Chamomile)

The finely dissected leaves of this plant exude a sweet pineapple- like odour when crushed. It can even grow in compacted areas, such as gravel paths. The blossoms look like chamomile, but without the white petals.

The flowers can be eaten as they are or used as a garnish. They can be made into a wildflower tea or jam.
