NONI FRUIT

Noni is nature’s gift to humanity. It is a fruit that comes from the plant Morindacitrifolia in the coffee family and is also known as Indian mulberry. Its native range extends through Southeast Asia and Australia, and the species is now cultivated throughout the tropics and widely naturalized. The fruit is approximately the same size as a potato, yellow in colour changing to white when ripe. It has a bitter taste and does not smell very good.

This fruit is generally used as a diet supplement and a lot of health benefits are attributed to it. Noni contains 150 nutraceuticals that are required by our body on a daily basis. It is a powerful detoxifier. Our body gets toxified day in and day out from the food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, the cosmetics we use (including soaps) and the toothpaste and detergents we use. Our body is not naturally designed to process these chemicals and toxins, they stay as fine layers on the cell membranes and make them hard and stiff. Our cell membranes need to be soft and supple for proper communication.
